The Chief Rabbi Visits Ireland

The Chief Rabbi and Valerie spent a meaningful Shabbat with the Irish Jewish community, as the Dublin Hebrew Congregation prepared to move from the Terenure Synagogue to a new home.
They joined the Dublin Hebrew Congregation for their Friday night service, following which, the Chief Rabbi addressed a wonderful communal Shabbat dinner, which had been sold-out for weeks.
At an emotionally charged Shabbat morning service, the Chief Rabbi used his sermon to congratulate outstanding community leaders, including Chief Rabbi and Rebbetzen Wieder and Michael Stein, President of the Dublin Hebrew Congregation. The Chief Rabbi highlighted the vitality and resilience of the community and envisaged a bright and productive future within a new home.
